sooo.... Solid axle on 04-08?
Ok, I am looking to go bigger. I am currently with a 6" fabtech and a 3" leveling running 37's I wanna run 40-42". I want to try to figure out what I need, Obviously I know an axle, coilovers, steering and such. But has anyone done it? Part#'s from ford? Super Duty stuff? I would really like to get away from the f150 rack and pinion, independent stuff. So the poll starts which way do i head?

For SAS information PM A7X on here. He did it to his truck after Going through the same situation as you. He might be able to help with stuff
Nevermind. Just saw you're a 04-08 truck A7X did it on the precious body style. Good luck with the SAS and make sure to take lots of pictures

Yeah that guys truck is ridiculous. He has crazy wheeling pictures too. He did everything top of the line and all custom down to the last bolt on the transfer case. I am not sure many/anyone has done it on here for our 04-08 trucks. Im sure people know how to do it though. Good luck. Your truck will look awesome of you pull it off.

You'll be a fraction of OG's 50k build. As he sent his out and had a shop professionally build it. A7X should still be able to help you, but not as much if you find another 04+. Mhockey (tihnk he had numbers in the name) sas'd an 07+ of F150Online.

yeah, i know its alot of reasearch and having the know how... Well I have the internet so just have to find the parts... I am very mechanically inclined and know how to grind and weld... So those two are the hardest part but would need to have it done in less than two weeks being that the truck is my wifes daily driver lol... yes i know, I have lost the F150 to the wife lol, I have a sbc s-10 blazer for me though... so it isnt that bad, a work in progess for both.
