Default Sharp Turn Tie Scrub

I have a 2002 F150 Super Crew 4x4 that has a 4" Pro Comp lift with 35's. At full turn I get a lot of tire scrub. So much so that the outer edge of the left front tire gets torn up pretty quickly. I have had the front end checked out and evrything is sound. Is a drop pitman arm the fix for this issue?
I appreciate any help!!!

the tire must be rubbing on something. Since it is the outer edge I will say it is rubbing on the bumper or something around there

Thanks to all of you for your feedback; unfortunatley the tires do not rub on anything at full turn. There is over an inch of clearance between the outer edge of the tire (the area on the left front that gets "chewed up" over time) and the bumper with over 2 inches of clearance between the outer edge of the other tire to the rear inside of the wheel well and vis-versa when I turn the other way. In addition, I can hear the scrubbing during full turn. It will even leave a black mark on the road or parking lot while hard turning.

Any other ideas?

seems kind of random but do you have a locker in the front?

Is the camber and caster adjustment correct for the lift and larger tires. If these are out of adjustment you will create a extreme to in condition at full turn. The camber will also put most of the outside edge on the ground. Some of the more aggressive tires will scrub the outside edges off faster than the closer lugged interior treads.

Thanks again for the feedback all of you.
First, I don't have a locker (wish I did!!).
Second, I had a lower ball joint go out 6 months ago and when I had it repaired they did an alignment. I asked them at that time if they saw anything wrong on the front end that could cause this scrub and they said everything looked good.

Sounds like you folks are getting to where I am now; what the %$#@ is going on?

Again, thanks for the feedback and if you have any other ideas I'd love to hear them.

Have someone drive in a circle and you stand next to it and look.

If you turn it full lock, and then let go to jump out and see, the wheel slightly kicks back towards the center.
