I've got a 6" RC on my 2013 STX SCAB and I love it. Easy install the only thing I had to do was drill out the caliper mounting holes as my truck came with a bigger bolt. Rides great and for the money well worth it. You can see all my mods in my build thread.

-24mm offset.

The steel part of the lift is fine their shocks suck though. The spacer instead of the lifted strut sucks. A lot of companies do this. They are not a true 6 inch lift closer to 5 inches. I have used them in the past. Lifted struts made a huge difference in ride quality over stock with a spacer. But if you only use your truck as a pavement princess they are great.

I have not lifted my truck yet, but I have used Rough Country lifts twice now. The last lift o bought from them was for my wife's FJ nice lift everything worked great installed it myself. After the lift was on for over two years the rear shocks were making nose. It was the rubber on the mounts worn called Rough country they ask if I had a press to install new rubber I said no. They shipped me out a pair of new shocks no charge! I did not even have to pay the shipping.

There s absolutely nothing wrong with their lifts including the spacer on the front. If you want coil overs later because you are not satisfied you can still buy them cheaper than if you would have bought a kit that had them. Yes their customer service is second to none also.

Big difference in ride quality with a spacer on stock strut versus a taller strut with proper valving for the lifted truck with larger tires. Ive had several rc lifts in the past nothing wrong with them. I spent 1300 on my zone lift with the taller struts shipped to my door. At that time it was only a couple hundred more then the rc lift which didn't have the struts. If you shop around you can get great deals on just about any brand lift.
