Default Rims for 13.50" tires

What width do I need to run 13.50" wide tires.

I have 18x9s and 13.50s fit fine on them

Typically 2 to 3 inch difference for most tires, the taller the tire the more leeway in rim size you have. The height refers to the sidewall height not the overall height low profiles have to be closer to the specified rim than tire with large sidewalls.

Anything from a 8" right up to possible a 12" wide wheel.

Can i put 35's on my stock rims? I have a 94 f-150 and i think they're 7.5 wide?

I've seen it done. They will mushroom up a bit. I had my 35" tires on 8" wide wheels on my tacoma
