Go for it! I have seen this done to at least three cars around here. One was a lifted tahoe in white bed liner. It looked really nice. I was actually gonna do it, but I have something else planned . Just prepared to add a little weight to your truck from the liner and shed a little money from your pocket, unless you do it your self. Good luck

Guy in Orlando did his entire Raptor...$3700...Sanded the whole truck down...Shot it with Line-X Added about 350lbs overall to the truck weight. To me that's a lot of weight to an already heavy truck.

Poor truck. Sucks when nice vehicles have bad owners

I'm not sue how the entire truck would look, but I had a bad rust spot on the bottom of my cab corner (typical problem in older fords that drive through Indiana winters lol) so instead of trying to match paint, I just taped it off at the lip on the 97-03 body style and used duplicolor rubber undercoating to on the entire bottom. A lot of sanding and 4 cans later, it looks awesome. And it oly cost me about $50 for the entire project.
