I no there is a lot of threads about which gears to get however, i cannot find a definite answer. I have a 2005 f150 with 37s with stock 3.55 gears. i do more highway driving then offroad. should i get 4.11 or 4.56.

37s are more like 4.56 to 4.88, i did a thorough search and decided on 4.56s to go along with my 35s

Since you drive a lot of highway miles, go with the 4.56's. Will help keep your RPM's down at cruising speeds.
