Default rear squeeking when brakeing. need help!!

I just recently finished off my lift and my rear end squeeks when I apply enough brake to transfer weight forward, but not when lightly decellerating. I got under there and noticed the finger sized hose that goes onto a bung on the axle was torn off. I cut off the hose on the bung and reattached the rest of the hose but its still noisy. I got my rear end burried and it was below water level for some time a day or so before I noticed the sound. I think this how has to do with brake release pressure. If I got water in it and that is causing the noise how do I get it out, any other ideas on the source of sound?
