If you ever get the chance can you take a video with a walk around of the front clip.. just so I get an idea of the nuances and imperfections that glass may have.

Who's body kit is that, Fiberwerx? I didn't have very good luck with fit or finish with their 92-95 fenders, hood or bedsides, as a matter of fact, the bedsides were total crap. Just sayin'
Now the Glassworks fenders on my 2001 are pretty awesome, just not quite wide enough to cover the HM LT kit with the +18 offset wheels on it.

It's a fiberwerx 09-14 one piece. Saying the fit is a joke would be a massive understatement. There's a lot of bodywork in my future once the weather warms up a bit.

Bedsides were totally off and we had to cut a lot of it out and reglass to get the tailgate and tail lights to fit. The valance was warped and the mini fenders have a massive gap to the door.

I wasn't about to send it back and wait another month for new pieces. I figured how the hell is it going to be better coming out of the same mold.

Sounds familiar, on my 1995 F150 Fiberwerx bedsides the rails were warped/rolled, had a ton to cut to use the tailgate, the wheel opening lips had spots you could push your finger through and the finish was more like tree bark than orange peal. The fenders were better, but none of the body lines lined up, they didn't come close to bolting up in the stock locations, and the inner edge where it butts up to the side of the hood was warped. Never Fiberwerxing again.

I ended up replacing them with McQueen Prototype Design glass that was amazing, it looked like they could have been Ford factory parts. On my 2001 the Glassworks fenders line up perfectly aren't warped at all, have a good finish and bolted right up, very happy.

Good luck with the glass and bondo, I don't envy you on that.
