Default Quad Suspension

I've been looking on 4wheelparts.com for some new shock absorbers and it's asking if I have factory quad suspension or not. I have a 1995 Ford F150 4x4 and am not sure how to tell. It also asks how much lift the truck has. When it asks for the lift does it matter whether it's a body or suspension lift. Can someone please help?

Also does anyone have any recommendations on which shock absorbers?

Thanks
Bubba

If you look at the front of your truck and it has two shocks on each side then you have the quad shock setup. Also body lift won't affect your shocks, only a suspension lift would make a difference.
