Getting in the intake isn't my problem I don't want mud in the engine bay period (of course that's not possible) but something that will keep most out

unfortunately the clown who owned my truck b4 me replaced the stock air box with a cold air intake k and n, i am trying to find a stock airbox so i can make it breath either from the fender or back towards the fire wall, i also have an idea for a snorkel, i was thinking the same kind of snorkel as u would c on an h1 hummer

The mudflap is about the best I have seen, other than building a full skidplate under everything and sealing it. Of course that will cause cooling issues.

I had the same problem, which is why I went with the fipk2 tube and the mass air box for single inlet dual throttle body. Found my parts on ebay from a salvage yard.

It is the second generation air intake for our trucks. Mainly for the mass air trucks.
