looks great man. That stance in the last pic looks mean! Is your truck 2x4 or 4x4? What did you do for your rear suspension?

Nice sounds way cool. I think I would be a fan of black with Dark gray wheels and accents, but go with what ever you like So you are running the stock leaf springs just upgraded to king shocks? How much wheel travel do you have?

That's a good question, and a hard one to answer.

A prerunner is any vehicle used to prerun a race.
(guess it wasn't that hard to answer lol)

(Note this is a general statement and not a FACT) When most people talk about prerunners they are talking about a truck with flared out fenders and a long travel suspension with a wide stance that is street legal.

*FUN FACT: Most people who talk about building a prerunner or owning a prerunner have no intention to ever prerun a race. This has coused the definition to be a bit confusing or unclear to some, because how can you have a prerunner when you have never prerun a race? Prerunner has started to mean a specific look.

You may wonder why you would prerunn a race or even if you wear going to prerun a race why not just use your race truck. Well Im glad you asked that.

Prerunners are used to prerun off road race course like the Baja 1000. The courses change constantly. So racers will prerun the course or parts of the course prior to the race. This lets them know what to expect during the race.

Why not just prerun the course in the race truck? Well race trucks (commonly referred to as "trophy trucks" or "TT") are generally bare necessities, purpose built machines. So they dont have things like AC or windshields (that is also a general statement and not a FACT). So racers will use a prerunner to scout the course in comfort. Plus they dont have to worry damaging the race truck prior to the race.

100 percent right. But not only to prerun for tt or tophys any race car and thats exactly what im doing its more of a chase/prerunner so it can assist the race car if needed and also prerun some parts of races i usually with my family use bikes to preview some parts but you always want to get a feel in a car for they are really diffrent coming from an owner of atvs 2 wheelrs and rhinos / razers i live in baja california and have many family members in the score family ( score) = people who organaize races and stuff sorry for bad autography on iphone and screen al broken haha
