no welding and no posibility for breaking please

just want a solid unit i can pull mine out with ease and throw this one in..not be locked around corners but pretty much every other time i guess...is that detroit i need? or something, good brands? bad brands?

reuilld it. Pull the diff out if you insist on doing it yourself and drag it to a hotrod shop....or get an Eaton. Detroit True Trac is NOT something I would operate in a daily driver.

you do realize that a rebuild kit for a trac lok is like 60$.....

do you have a link for that too? the rebuild thing, is it hard? do i have to weld anything?

rebuild? weld? are you kidding? the clutch packs in the diff are replaceable.

i dont know about the rear end and stuff otherwise i wouldnt have asked =\


is there any certain brand i should be looking for or something? if i knew this stuff i wouldnt be having a problem...im a stereo person, i dont know about the rear end

ford! FRPP has rebuild kits..its their ****, they make it serviceable for a reason.
