Default Popping noise in steering

I recently put a 6" rough country lift on my 2007 f150. Had no problems for a few weeks, and now I have a popping noise coming from the steering. It doesn't happen all the time, usually just once when I put it in reverse and turn sharp. I have checked all the bolts for tightness like I'm supposed to. I spoke with someone yesterday that said it could be a steering bearing. Has anyone had this issue, and how did you fix it? Thanks.

Could be the bearing although I'd look at the iwe's and could be a CV axle going bad.
