I've had my Toyos on for 35k+ and still have 1/3 tread life or thereabouts. Great for everything except ice. Trust me on the ice

Most good Mud tires suck on ice. For ice you need a winter compound tire with sipes. I run AT in the winter. Unfortunately a mud tire is not a good all season tire in climates where it snows. A long lasting mud tire will not do you any good in the ditch.
After about 30,000 any mud tire has served is useful life. The lugs are rounded so it is useless off road and they are so short that they are stiff so on the street they loose their grip. Specially when it rains.

if your driving on the street a lot as well as off roading the km2 are a real nice street/off road tire.

Ideal setup would be to run Toyo MT's in the summer and BFG AT's in the winter. No ice down here so my Toyo's stay on year round.

I would strongly recommend the Trail Grapplers... I have about 18k miles on my 35s and about 9/10 tread remaining. Rotated every 7500 miles. They were designed to provide long life with a M/T and quieter ride. They delivered. I have had mine in snow/ice conditions and mud and sand. They performed very well in all conditions.

Agreed on the street and offroad on the 33 KM2s I've had mine about a year and a half!! Only have about 35,000 on em, needless to say I'm from a somewhat small town, off road every now and again but they work pretty well for what I need
