Off Road safety flag pole setup

Does anyone have a cheap safety flag pole setup for off roading? Some of the lighted ones are crazy expensive. $100 for a flag pole? (https://www.rockymountainatvmc.com/p...term=flag+pole)

Any good ideas on how and where to mount the safety flags?
