Default off road and on road

ALTHOUGH ITS ILLEGAL WHICH I ALREADY KNOW has anyone used a agricultural tire for like a tractor or such 15inch rim around a 35s or 36s on road and were able to do the speed limit without over heating or chewing the tires up ridiculously

the tires wont be able to take that. the tires on our tractors dont like goin 20 mph let alone twice that. you would loose control quicker than anything.
