i have a class 7open ranger i run in only the mexican SCORE races. it's a full on 7 open truck but we like running in sportsman truck rather than 7 open because of our fairly limited schedule. we don't like to just race a couple of races and screw with the 7 open points race that usually is between dan and thomas chamlee, elias canchola, and igor something from la bay. we like just racin' for fun and we had a great race at the baja 500 where we won our class and had the second fastest ranger in the field including 7 open, 7sx and all the big horse power class 6 trucks and the other sportsman rangers on corrected time in spite of starting dead last of the four wheel vehicles on a chewed up course. look for us at the baja 1000 in november in the sportsman truck class where i think we'll end up #1549 because we like a rear start so we can stay out of the way ja ja. you can follow the race on racetheworld .com on raceday and follow whoever you want the whole way. there's a 31 hr. limit so you can just check it out every now and then to see if your racer is still running if you want. it's pretty cool. thanks for asking.

What are the deal with all these KC knockoffs on ebay. They all look like the chrome KC hilites and are listed as "KC style." they are about a quarter of the price of KCs. I was wondering if anyone has experience with these. Are they really that much worse than KCs or are just paying for the KC brand name?

having not looked at them, im assuming theyre like the wally mart knock off KC's where theyre only 50w or something like that. so theyre not as bright. but if theyre just for looksies on a bar or something and you dont plan to use them offroad, im sure theyre fine.
