Default New rims and tires

I'm looking to put a set of 33 12.5/17's on my stock 2007 f150. I'm also buying a set of 17X9" aftermarket rims with a +1 offset. Would these rub at all with no lift on my truck or what would I need to lift to get enough clearance?

Was doing a little research and came across the Rough Country 2.5" leveling lift kit and was wondering if this would be a good option?? Also if anyone has pics with this kit on their F150 so I can get an idea of what it looks like

2.5" rough country level, 35/12.50/16's. They rubbed but only because they were on stock wheels, not getting them far out enough away from suspension components. Wasn't bad though, only when the wheel was turned as far as it could go would they ever rub. They were fine for height.
