new bumper with winch
My buddy has a 95 f150 with a 5 inch lift which he uses to play, well, after getting stuck a few times he decided a winch was needed, the stock bumper was kinda screwed from a previous owner so we started by slicing off the ends of the frame because some cobbled brackets had been welded on by someone who couldnt weld (thats a nice description of what was there) we then set to building this at the shop in work, here's the final fitting after it was painted

thanks for the compliments guys,
Unleashed, as far as price I cant really tell, everything was "supplied" by our shop at work, they have a liberal approach to doing work for yourself after hours, I can tell you there's almost 4' x 4' of 3/16 plate and a couple of chunks of 3/8 plate (the winch is bolted to an "H" made from 3/8) everything is solid welded and the winch has to be installed before the bumper was mounted which made the whole thing about 250lbs, there is a company called road armor bumpers which sells pre built pieces for about $1500.
