Default New Bilstein 8112 Coilovers for the F150?

While we were at SEMA, the big talk of the show was the Bilstein 8112 ZoneControl CR Series Coilover. It is new three piston, race shock technology in a bolt on application for street trucks. Wanting to prove the performance of these new shock packages, Bilstein drove their 8112 equipped Toyota Tacoma’s from their headquarters in San Diego to SEMA in Las Vegas, all offroad! I was there at the Bilstein VIP even when these trucks arrived. At first they did not look much different than any other coilover system, but once I saw the shock cutaway and video showing the internals of this shock I was blown away. This is straight-up short course race truck technology packed into a bolt on coilover. These bolt on shock kits are easy capable of keeping up with long travel equipped trucks with regular 2.5 coilovers, and combined with a long travel system will be the new go to.

Bilstein is first releasing a coilover kit for the Toyota Tacoma (Bilstein 47-26927) as well as the 2007 – 2016 Ford F-250 B8 8100 (ZoneControl® R) and will then be coming out with kits for GM/Chevy as well as the Ford F150.

Well if it's anything like the 5100 series for the 14-17 trucks don't hold your breath...

These will not be like that. Bilsteins Offroad & Racing division in Poway will be building these in house. No corporate Bilstein, no long lead times, 2 week turn-around on custom builds.

I know this is an old thread but did these ever come out for F150?
