YOU PRESS THEM OUT OF THE STRUT after it has been removed in order to be able to get it back in with out having to drop the lower control arm.

So how would i get the strut out then because i even compressed the coils as much as possible and i still couldnt even pry it out. If i were to take off the lower control arm would it in any way harm the driveshaft?

Did you remove the sway bar linkage and the outer tie rod and still can't get it out?> The upper control arm ball joint has to be removed did you get that done yet?
If you aren't gentle with the CV shaft you can damage the wheel end actuator but if you leave it in the spindle and just drop the LCA ball joint I doubt you will have any issues.

I've been able to do it by twisting the base with a channel-lock as I'm installing and also having someone pry the lower control arm down with a pry bar.

Have someone pry it down with a pry bar.

Unfortunately I'm working right now sorry, but you wont hurt anything by prying down on the Lower control arm, I had a 4' 2x4 prying mine down and didn't hurt anything. I don't see any other option unless you unbolt the lower control arm, no big deal just a bit more work, you won't wreck anything. You have to get it aligned anyhow afterwards.
