Default Need help with leveling kit ASAP!!!!

I went to install my leveling kit on my 2014 f150 and had trouble getting the sway bar link disconnected but finally got that off and then went to disconnect the upper control arm and the nut came to the last thread but now cant get it to budge forward or reverse now i have a ball joint half way on how can i get the nut the rest of the way off?

The threads are galled/siezed. You'll probably have to blow it off with a torch or cut it off with an air grinder and a cut-off wheel. In the future, remember to pre-soak things like this with a good penetrating oil like PB Blaster.

same thing happened to me when installing mine. I didn't let the penetrating lube soak in long enough and the ball joint spun. After breaking a couple sockets and rounding off the 10mm end once I burned it off with a torch. My local dealership had the nyloc nut on hand for i think less than $3.

+1 for heating it up with a torch. It will melt the nylon lock out of it, then spin it up and down with an impact while it's still hot to get it off.

Then either buy a new nut, or use loctite.

The nut isnt stripped the spindle is whats stripped

Use a zip disc and go up the side of the nut and then crack it with a chisel it'll thread right off. If your Ball joint stud is bad then chase the thread with a die nut. If the stud is toast get a new upper control arm. You don't have much of an option here.
