Default need advice

I have a stock 2001 f150 supercrew and i want to run 33's or 35's. I'm not opposed to a leveling kit or lift kit, needs to be cheap. any ideas would be great, i don't go in the mud too often, maybe 2-3 times a month. also, does anyone know any cheap brands of mud tires? I know they're out there, i see them all the time, just can't seem to find them.

If you want cheap, you can crank your torsion bars to level your truck out for free.
