Depends on how much of a street/mud mix you want. You could get something like a Super Swamper Bogger which would do great in the mud but be awful on the road or something more mild that has better road manners.
Also if you're 4x4 you can fit 33's without a level and 35's with a level I'm pretty sure.

Those sizes depend greatly on wheel specs. Boggers aren't made for 18" wheels nor would you want to run them on highway. Been there done that. As for a 33x12.50 on stock wheels comes way to close for comfort to run the uca if you wan fin a place to mount them up. That being said you can run a metric size little narrower bit taller no problems. Depending in what tire you choose greatly contributes as well

^ I agree. I just ordered my off road tires yesterday and was torn between 35x12.5 or 295/70's for my stock 18's. I am putting on a 2.5" level which they say on the manufacturer website that you can run 35x12.5's with it but after doing some measuring of my own it was just gonna be way to close for comfort to the upper control arm. Personal opinion, I feel that the 12.5's would be too wide which is i went with the 295.

^^^ I was in your shoes had the ores on before I found out the measurements though
Got lucky and got some bad assss wheels for a steal and pushed it out away from the uca no complaints from me except the road noise of mud grapplers lol
