I got to agree with the mass (one person, ), goodyear. Unless you want to come to the dark side, and join me... *cough* Nitto Trail Grapplers *cough*

Out of those two, I'd say the Goodyears

I like the Cooper Discoverer STT's, the BFG KM2's, Toyo M/T's or Mickey Thompson. They all cost more, but hey! You get what you pay for..

it seems like everyone runs Trail Grapplers..don't know how good they really are

I'm running trail grapplers also and love them clean out pretty good and nice quiet ride on the street. Also I just read a tire review in 4 wheel drive magazine that did a mud tire shoot out and the Yokohama was rated number one in mud. I couldn't believe it. Trail grappler was rated best street able mud tire. The Goodyear was somewhere in the middle

I have heard good things from the guys in the field running the Nitto Trail Grapplers. We have a lot of thick slimy clay around here and they clean pretty well. On my work truck, I run the cooper STT's, and they have been wearing pretty well, but have been rotating them every 3k miles. They hum pertty good, but have yet to feel challenged in the mud or rocks.

Out of the two you listed above, I would go with the Goodyears, but those wouldnt be my first choice. I have always liked the BFG's the best, but Im not sure if I like the new tread they offer for the mud terrain.

My choices would be:

1. Cooper STT's or Toyo MT
2. Nitto Trail Grapplers
3. BFG MT
