I'm in the twin cities and a new f150 owner. Also interested in occasional off-roading.

Default Hey

I used to live in MN for quite some time. There are a bunch of offroad clubs in MN. Another good wheeling group can be found at MN-Jeep.com mostly jeep guys on that forum but they can steer you in the right direction. A simple google search will show you some clubs too.

Your much better off looking in South Dakota, North Dakota, or Iowa. there may be some clubs here, but if you don't own land, your going to have to go up by the iron range or out of state to offroad. MN is not a good state for offroading if you live anywhere near the middle of the state. From what I've seen, people here are really **** about anyone driving to terrain instead of lines and concrete. You should see the way people look at you if you pull into a ditch or drive over a curb. And god forbid you drive down a dirt trail or through the woods.

I'm anxiously awaiting a huge dump of snow I can go driving in.
