Default MAXXIS BIGHORN M/T's. Are these too skinny?

I own a 2008 F150 XL with a 2.5in leveling kit. Do you think these tires look too skinny? Or is it just me? I look at other 285/70/17's on other trucks and they look fine. These just look too skinny to me. 285mm's is 285mm's, meaning that no matter the make of the tire a 285mm wide tire are all the same aren't they?

Thanks in advance.

Not a bad size tire...roughly 32.7x11.5. The mt tread will make them look larger then an all terrain. Price is hard to beat!

Okay cool. i'll be picking these up tommorow. Going to mount them on some MB TKO wheels. I'll post pics of it when I get it all set up. The guy selling the tires is leaving for new mexico or something and wan'ts to get rid of them before he leaves out. So, at $400 for a set thats a damn steal, can't pass that up. Considering looking at tire rack and other companys they go for 240$+/ea so good find on my end lol. Appreciate your input man.
