Default From lowered to lifted

My 2005 F150 is currently lowered but I've decided that I'd rather have it lifted. I was wondering if you guys could tell from the pictures what I would need for it to have a 2" lift? over stock height. The rear is lowered with a shackle and that's is pretty much all I know of how it was lowered. When I took it to get new tires the mechanic noticed that I had new control arms (which is a good thing I guess) but I don't know if that affects how it was lowered.

Looks to me that you have a lowering spring up front and drop shackles in the rear. Either go back with all stock components to get what you are after and then lift it from there.
