Default Loose Steering after lift?

Has anyone had any issues with loose steering after putting on their lift?

I've had my 8" FTS lift on for about 5k miles and the steering just started to feel at little loose.

My truck is a 2012 FX2.

My alignment is spot on. No strange tread wear.

I've searched for upgrades but all I can find is a bunch of upgraded tie rods for Raptors.

Anyone have any thoughts or experienced this?

Have you rechecked all fasteners to make sure they are still tight? Supposed to do it after 100 miles at least 3 times then every 3000 miles.

I'll throw it on the rack again and check everything. I have right on 5,000 miles on the lift right now.
