Default lifts on 97 f 150s

Hey guys I am lookin for a lift kit for my truck and cant really decide what would look good on my truck if yall have some pics of 97 or 98 f150s that would be awesome and im only wanting to clear 35s it can be either suspension or body even though im not to keen on body it might be the way i want to go.

i ahve 1997 f150 4x4 with a 3 inch body lift me my uncle and my dad installed in a lil under 4.5 hours never hada problem with anythin and i run 35s on 16x10s with no clearence issues at all

Thanks man are you stll able to tow with yours even with the body lift i mainly ask because my hitch is welded and bolted to the frame and i realize the frame doesnt go anywhere

As long as you use the hitch and not the bumper mount you'll be fine

I'll have to take pics of it and upload them because this hitch is weird. It takes up the space for the spare tire and and its not one that has a 2 inch receiver hitch either. But sweet truck man. And thanks

i work on a farm and my towing package it mounted to the frame it hangs dow a little since body lft but i pull ots of tractors and tons of stuff all the time

I think I know what your talking about if it is my buddy has it on his Chevy with a 3" body lift and he left the rear bumper where it was at stock ill try to find a pic

yeah man thats exactly what im talkin about so it would work i would just have to leave the bumper in the stock position?
