Hey guys, just wanted to know what do you guys thin kis better a body lift or a suspension lift

Depends on the application/$$/preference. A suspension lift is typically considered of better quality than a body lift not only for added height but for actual functionality. I opted for both... but I would't follow in my extreme and impractical footsteps.

Body lifts are usually if you just want to fit bigger tires, suspensions lifts are more for offroad clearance
