lifting a 1991 f150
i am getting a 1991 long bed f150 4wd and i have a 6inch lift and a 3inch body lift that im going to do, is their anything i have to be worried about like extending the brake lines, drive shaft steering linkages etc and i am going to be running 38.5 inch ground hawgs

Gears or a much bigger engine.
I had the same lift combinations as you but I had 35 X 14.5s on it and the truck had very little take off and it wouldn't really want to stay in od.

for the body lift you will need a fuel return line linkage it should come with it if you get the full kit gas tank line extension and steering extension inside the cab

Ya im going to do diffrent gears probably 4.10 and an engine swap later because im on a tight budget being a full time student but iam going to be getting the truck this week so then ill add the pictures.
What would be a good swap for this truck i was thinking a 460 but then i will have to replace the motor mounts and tranny.
