here is a full throttle 8" with 35's. Wish I would have gone with 37's, I would NOT recommend Full Throttle for this lift. Horrible directions. Bad service. Didn't even get all the right parts, ended up making a few things myself to get this kit right. There are way cheaper and easier ways do get 8 if you want 8.

ok wheels will be a must then 35s it is. Final questions before I order. Can I mix rough country 6 inch lift kit with any 2 inch leveling kit?

Also whats more cost effective.. get some used 16 inch wheels and install a 35 tire? keep stock 18 inch rim and get 35s??

LAST question..

What specific programmer can I buy to remove the dammed traction control and program the new wheel size to calibrate speedo??

I am n stock gears.

-Personally I wouldnt put a leveling kit on top of a suspension lift for two reasons, one is the suspension lift levels it too (the front is a 6" spacer on top of the strut and the rear block is aabout 4.5-5") unless you want the front of your truck 2" higher than your rear... And two the point of the suspension lift over a leveling spacer is that the suspension lift has drop brackets to keep the stock geomety in the front, as where the leveling kit doesnt and puts front end components at ****ty angles and they wear out quicker.

-Yes doing a 16" wheel with a 35" tire would be more cost efficient since the 16" wheel would be cheaper than a 18" or 20", also it will give you the "balloon look" (a lot of side wall). As far as putting a 35" tire on the stock rim I'm not sure you can, I believe it has to have a offset so it doesnt rub since you are going bigger in diameter and most likely width too, when you turn it will most likely rub since it isnt offset like aftermarket wheel.

-For your last question I wouldnt be any help, I have had my truck custom tuned and they just flashed (re-tuned) the stock ECU with the new tune. They also re-calibrated the speedo and maxed out the max speed and a lot of other stuff when tuning it.

Yes you can put a level kit on a lift, but there is a fine line you want to go before you get the geometry out of wack. I think 2" is the max you want to go. Remember when you actually measure you spacer it will be smaller than 2" but will give you 2" once on the truck. It's not a 1:1 lift. If you do that you will need to add more spacer to the back to keep it level. Lifted my buddies truck with a 6" BDS and added his level kit back on it. The rear we used the BDS block which is 5" and used his stock block and his level kit block( the level kit he had was a big one and came with blocks for the rear. We cut his front level kit spacer down to 1.200" thick which gave it the extra 2"'s in the front.) I know stacking blocks is frowned upon but it does work. He hasn't had any trouble with his set up, and the truck gets a very good work out.

Not sure if 16's will clear your brakes. I doubt the stock wheels will even bolt onto the front of the truck once the new lift is on. I know mine didn't. Something you will have to check into with whatever lift you go with. I think stockers are around 6" back spacing which pulls the wheel in to the truck more. MAKE SURE you find out what you need before buying anything. Once you buy wheels you are stuck with them. Most will not take back wheels because of a bad measurement on your part. I have 5" back spacing on my wheel and the inside wheel is about 1/4 of the steering knuckle. I was sweating bullets till I got them on. Its close.

Yes bad... I went to crystal beach without the and could bearly power brake and spin the 49's over, a few weeks later went back with the traction bars and could just punch it and spin 'em for about 20' before hand when I didn't have them I was losing all my power in the springs.

You can kind of see the traction bar setup in that picture I posted...

It's under another build right now though, and I'm going 4link/coilovers
