Default lift question

OK I am going to be getting some money saved up here in the next month or so, so I was wondering what type of lift you guys would recommend. I want a 6in lift, but I don't want a cheap one. I want to be able to go off road and such without worrying about something happening to my lift. One of my buddys had a cheap lift put on and he is always having to repair it. Just give me some prices and names. Also post pictures if you have them...
Thank you guys,
Randy

I can't really recommend a lift. Mine was on it when I bought it. It is a 6" Rough Country w/ blocks. Since I now have a broken leaf I am going to replace the blocks and springs with 6" BDS springs. Just make sure that you get all of the extra recommended stuff like pitman arm extended brake lines, etc...

With a question like that you are going to get many different answers. You could also google and see which brands you like. They are all good companies but most will vary in price.

just stay away from blocks if you are going to be doing serious offroading. I have a friend that put a body lift on his toyota along with a suspension lift and the blocks punched a whole through the floor pan.
