Default Lift help ?

Hey guys im new idk if this is the right thread but I have a 2010 Ford f150 xlt 2wd 4.6 3v and it has 285/65/r18 bfg all terrain tires and rough country 2.5 leveling kit with 1 inch rear block n shocks and tunner/programer . and well I want to put a 4 inch rough country suspension lift and put 34s idnt want it to big and probably regear but idk to what my first truck on this truck /motor how do you think it will do ? Hers as it sits now

So you are asking if you need to regear if you went with a 4" lift and 34" tires?

No you do not but just like any truck that's adding a lift and bigger tires, you will loose MPG.

Can you regear, Yes...do you need to, no.

For anything gear ratio to tire size I always check here and hasn't failed me yet

I got the 4.6 3V V8 6 speed and if I'm not wrong I got 3.15
My stock tires were 265/65/18 I got now 285/65/18
