I have a 12 with the 5.0 with a 6inch procomp and 35x12.50x20 and I get between 11-12 in the city and between 13-14 on highway I would go with the 6 it gives it a good stance and is functional

6 inch lift since you like taller and 30. 'inch tires for saving Gas . Lol

Me personally I'd go 3"body because of cost. If its not an issue than 6" suspension.

I can say this, 24"s of lift, with 49's and 5.38 gears with a 4.6 @ 85mph will net you a 1:1 ratio I was headed to Galveston on I-45 from Houston and literally watched the Gauge steadily drop. Lol
