Default King 2.5 clearance

So I have some King coilovers coming in a week or so and I am trying to figure out what rim to fit and the back spacing and offset I need to clear.

Rims are going to be fuel 20x9

And the tires will be either 35x12.5 toyo open country M/T or Mickey's P3's.

Anyone know what I need to buy for a rim that will give me the clearance I need, and have it be a little more aggressive and be kicked out about an inch or so. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks
Ryan

It might help if you tell people what year truck you have.

I forgot I don't have my sig in posts. Thanks for reminding me bud.

I have a 14 FX4 screw which would be the same as an 09-13 except the lower shock mount to the LCA if I'm not mistaken. Kings I ordered are the OEM version of the 2.5 with the resi, plus some other goodies added to them but nothing affecting the sizing of them.

if im not mistaken kings give you up to 2.5" of adjustment up front. i have a 2013 f150 with a 2.5" Level and im comfortably running 18x9 Methods with +18 Offset and 5.75 backspace. 35x12.50x18 BFG KO2's and i only had to trim the inner plastic well a little, but you cant tell unless you stick you head in there. they stick out about an inch from the fender, not much but i like the way it sits.

Kings have up to 3-1/2" up front. I'm more worried about the offset and back spacing to clear the coilovers and the resi depending on how king mounts it. I know I can fit the 35's and I just want to make sure I clear the Kings and anything else. Heard guys are hitting the knuckle at full lock or droop I forget.

This is the case with my 2015. Not a huge issue as the upper arm bottoms out on the bump stop built into the frame at the same time.

I run factory Raptor wheels and tires, don't know the exact specs, but the tires are a 315/70/17 (about 34.5"). The Kings come with brackets to mount the resi's. They bolt to where your front tow hooks bolt on. Really easy and clean to install.

Which raptor rims do you have on? I can look up specs. I need to know the back spacing and offset so I can clear.

Also would you say that kings location for the resi mount would be out of the way enough that it is the same figment wise as running any 2.5 upfront without a resi?

The company I used for coilovers was concerned because a lot of 2.5 resi coilovers need added back spacing with some brands depending on where they have their resi mount to clear them. Seems these are well out of the way. Enough so they are not of any concern whatsoever.

Could you please let me know which raptor rims you run so I can look them up? Thank you

Ryan

These are the wheels and tires I have. They are stock off a 2014 Raptor:

From the interwebs: 17" x 8.5", 6 lug x 135mm, with 34mm offset( 3.41 front space, 6.08 back space) The frontspace and backspace measurements are based off the rim's full section width edge to edge(9.5" approx.) where the 8.5" width rating refers to inside edge to inside edge(tire mounting surface).

The resi's are so far forward that tire rub will never be an issue, especially with 35" tires.

Shoot me a PM with your phone number and I can text you pics.
