Question help please

i own a 2004 f1150(newer body style)

heres the problem> ive been searching for a spindle kit to lift my truck a few inches. i see them for the silverado titan ranger n all kinds of 2wd coil over style trucks. do they even make a kit like that for my truck? if not why? i wanna run 33 inch all terrains in pop up a lil taller in the front. i already have those lift spacers but it isnt enough. id like to take them out and throw in a 4 inch spindle. any help would greatly be aprieciated. thanks

they do not make one. your lift options are: leveling kit, which you already have, body lift, or a full suspension lift. question answered.
