Grinding noise

Grinding noise
I hear a grinding noise on the front right side. It happens for about 3-5 seconds then I don't hear it for a few days. Does anyone know what it could be. I was thinking the power steering pump. It has enough fluid but it seems to be getting a little stiff. Just wondering if anyone has any input. Thanks
