Default Front tow hooks ?

replaced the front air dam afew years ago on my 2000 f150 4x4. Didn't realize that my truck didn't have factory tow hooks. I put the air dam on anyway. It's now obvious that the dam that I bought doesn't have the cut outs for tow hooks. Any one have any ideas on how to modify some hooks or mounting options without butchering up the new air dam too much?

The factory 4x4 valance probably got damaged so they replaced it with a 2wd one and removed the tow hooks to make it work. It would require some careful/precise cutting to get it to work.

Ill tell you the easiest way to cut the plastic airdam. If you have a bottle torch use it to heat up a putty knife what ever size works best for your project and it will melt thru like butter and keep smooth straight edges. Have done this a few times. Was a trick showed to me by a body shop friend of mine. Just keep heating up the putty knife as it cools down. Much cleaner than any drimel or such tool.
