Default Ford 12 Bolt Differental

I have a 2016 2.7 EB with a FX4 off road package the FordEtis said I have a 8.8 Differental Locking with 3.55 ratio I have electric barking brake
Does a 8.8 come with a 12 bolt cover or do I have something different?
Maybe a 9.75 12 bolt

I'd have to see it to be sure. But 99.99% sure the factory line tag is going to have the correct information on your truck.

most likely for the older 8.8s, mustangs, trucks have had the 8.8 since 1986 I believe it was, ill have to look at on of the older 8.8s I have laying around but I'm sure they were 10 bolts like you mentioned. the overall shape is pretty much the same from then till now, just slightly different on the bolt pattern.
