Last weekend was awesomeeee!!!!! Took the truck out to the dunes and road the back trails around for a little bit. Got up to 60mph at one point and it rode like a champ. My buddy took a video of us in cab but he wasn't able to hold it straight by any means. Great time though. The rebuilt shocks and all held up like champs and I couldn't have been happier. Broke my valance of the fenders on both sides from the constant bumps but ran some larger bolts with bigger washers through and they're all good now. Now I'm set up with 2 separate on each side so it's time to go out again soon. I'll try to get some pics of a couple floater jumps I found and want to hit.

I'd also like to send some serious love! You gotta great truck man, and the best part is you did it despite the constant static being an individual brings! Who cares what peoples opinions are concerning prerunner vs LT vs 4wd. As long as you love it, that's all that matters! Serious props, beautiful truck!

This is what I love, this dude has a 1992 f150 thats stock. Wants to do a BODY LIFT (Worst possibly lift) and says a 4X4 truck could out do mine at half the price. Where are you going to buy a 2008 F150 5.4 lariat with 13,000 miles on it with all the stuff I have for 17,500. You're out of your flippin mind fool. Look at any prerunner 4X4 kit. Tops 14" of travel. The cv's limit travel and are one more thing that could go wrong. You don't buy a prerunner to go duck hunting up in the forest and go mud doggin. Its made for the DESERTTTTT!!!!! Like the dude above said, LOOK AT ANY OFFROAD RACE TRUCK.... Period. Why do you think CAMBURG,,,, one of the top offroad companys, doesn't even build a 4X4 kit? I'm not saying 4X4 isn't a nice feature, but not for this style truck
Camburg definitely has a 4x4 kit. I just finished putting it only 04 FX4 F150 last weekend. Get your facts straight.
