Default Fender flares

I bought a 2004 Ford f150 fx 4 and it came with 6 inch lift and 38inch toyo mud tires. Unfortunately it won't pass inspection because my tires stick out further than the wheel wells.

So I need to buy new fenders that are wide enough to cover most of the tire leaving 2 inches max sticking out.

When just looking real quick at stuff on eBay I don't see where it says the fender size or anything like that.

Any help would be appreciated!

Looks like the buah wacker cut outs are my best bet but I'm still not sure on its exact measurements.

Anyone else have 38 inch mudders if so what flares are you using?

Borrow someones wheel/tires and get inspected...then shop around for some good flairs. I have the Bushwackers and couldn't be happier.
