Smile F150 axle info

I have googled, and searched, but I have not found the info I need...
I am wondering what axle combinations, the F150 comes with. Mostly I am wondering if all of them except the "heavy half" come with the 8.8' rear?
I am also wondering what T-Case, and front diff, ring gear size and all that boring stuff. If anyone has a chart, link or whatever, please post it, thanks.
Oh yeah, I am primarily interested in the 2010 & 2011 model years, thanks.

2010 had a 8.8, 9.75 10.5. 2011 has just the 10.5 far as I have found.

Well I have found more info that proves that Ford is still using the 8.8 in F150's. If Ford is staying off what they did on the 97-08 trucks...then gear ratio is really what determines the axle. A 3.55 or smaller gear set (in the past) has generally gotten the 8.8 on 4.6 and 4.2 models. Now there is of course a completely different engine line up. 3.73 and up V8's got the 9.75, I believe all of the 4.2's got the 8.8. Then the base for the 10.25 was basically just the 4.10.

I am aware that Ford uses the 8.8, and 9.75...
I am also aware that the locking diff is shown on the parts fiche in both 8.8 and 9.75.
I am wondering which trucks come with what, I have a partial list, but I am wondering if anyone has a chart, or some hard data.
Thanks

Axle depends on engine, not gear ratio. 4.2 and 4.6 = 8.8 and 8.8. 5.4 = 8.8 and 9.75. Half Heavy got 7 lug 8.8 and 10.25(or 10.5 forgot which came first). Sorry I cant help with the new trucks, just wanted to clarify for the old trucks.

You can use your door sticker axle code to find out what axle you have.
