Default Electronic locking axle

I'm looking to go trail riding sometime this weekend with my new truck. It's a 2 wheel drive screw, and it has the electronic locking rear axle.
What are the limitations of this truck since it has the electronic locking rear axle?
I have no intentions on going through any water or mud. Some of the places I do want to go do have some sugar sand. Since the truck is not four-wheel-drive are these some areas I need to avoid?
The entire truck is stock have been no modifications at all made to it.

Just looking for some advice on what I can and cannot do with the vehicle

You are not going to be able to do much more than the typical 2wd with an LSD.

Are you on street tires, or a more aggressive tread? That is going to be a big factor.

2wd with e-locker. I think it's only good for pulling boats on ramp with slippery incline. the locker should help out. Not much good for any kind of off road though.

I've witness that e locker on the slippery boat ramp especially when it's wet. It does help believe me. This is on an f150 with 2wd and elocker.

The e locker in the rear will help in lose soil sand and mud as well. If you want to off road the best thing you could do is get better tires. Traction plays a role.

I once tried to go down a sandy wash with a 2WD locker with mud terrain tires on the back...it went a little ways then dug a deep hole in the back.

Good luck

2WD is not useless. You can get lots and lots of places in 2WD, especially with a good set of all terrain tires. I do almost all of my offroading in 2WD (the rear has a Spartan automatic locker that's always on), but I go where I go because I know I've got 4WD to get me out. If you go out in a 2WD with street tires, make sure you bring a buddy with 4WD and a couple good ****** straps, or better yet a winch.
