The only other mod is I have is a CAI installed. My tires are actually 295's so that's about 35.5 tall, with my simple thinking if I'm averaging 17 right now if I go up another inch which is about what a 37 is compared to my tires I should be able to stay around 15 I hope of course I know the 6" lift will affect that some to. I'm going to do catted downpipe a and prolly change out the cold and hot side I take tubes and may even go with a different intercooler not real sure yet. I'm gonna call the guys at 5 Star tomorrow and gets some ideas from them before I go and lift it.

I've got a '14 ecoboost with 8" lift and 37's. Still running the stock 3.73's with a tune and get just under 15mpg's if that helps

I agree.

When you make a significant change in tire size, you put the operating RPMs of the engine out of whack. You end up never shifting into high gear very often on the highway and you lose a lot of acceleration capability off the line.

You can use my gear ratio calculator: http://www.grimmjeeper.com/gears.html to do some comparison between what you have now and what would change when you add the 37's. And then try different ratios to go with the 37s to get you back into optimum performance.

Dude is worried about mileage with a lifted Ecoboost that is being forced to turn 37" tires.

Really?
