ditching the lift block

Default ditching the lift block

ok guys i put a camera under the rear of my truck and noticed alot of axle wrap. its a fabtech 6 inch lift so there is a block in there. how can i get rid of the block and still maintain the 6 inch suspension lift. do they sell leaf packs that big

You could do deaver leaf springs the run around 600 bucks, increase your travel flex and ride quality. I dont know if they sell them in a 6inch but definately a 4 and then you could use the stock block or lift shackle and have no axle wrap.

i got a 2 inch lift shackles coming already but as far as the factory block thats long gone

well i got the shackles and they dont fit. figures. if i were to remove the bushing on the leaf back it would work but i dont think i would be doing that

I have the same shackes sounds like, i grided off the outer flange things on the soft bushings and they fit perfect. Been on for about 6 months, absolutely no problems
