well no company makes a 9in. suspension lift so it'll have to be a combination of body and suspension or a suspension with cranked coilovers.
with that being said i have a 6in. suspension, 3in. body lift and 38's. 38's is the largest you can go with wheels that have lower offsets. however there was a guy on f150online.com that ran 40's with a 9in. lift. i can't remember if he said it scrubbed or not but im sure it did sometime.

well the spacer will be the cheapest option but most people say anything bigger that a 2-2.5in. space is bad. it'll tear your cv boots eventually if you use 4wd because it puts the front end at harsh angles.
i body lift would be better for it but cost a pretty good bit more.

when u go with that set up ur just askin for problems.. cv's will be horrible..ur whole front end basically will need to be replaced(trust me i know cuz i got everything pretty much replaced on the front). i say dont get that spacer cuz u already have 9" of lift 6" sus. 3" body a spacer stakced on top of that is not a good idea..but basically 38x15.50 and whatever rim you got...

I have 8 inches on mine and I know that I can fit 38's under it so you would have no problem with 9 inches.
I put the 38's off my buddies truck on mine to see if they fit and they did really well.
