Default Best lift kit!

Hey guys I'm in the market for a 3 inch lift kit on my 2010 lariat 4x4. I would like reviews on any and all brands including body vs suspension lifts. I had an 09 with 3 inch body and 3 inch suspension procomp lift and ran 35's. I have 33's on my truck now but how would 35's look with a 3" lift? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Depends on what you want and what your budget is. If you want a 3in lift you are just looking at something like what f150 lifts has. Something like a coilover setup with rear blocks.

Really want to keep it at 2.5" max when using a leveling kit/ coil overs(shocks)

Go with a proper 4" kit like Rancho or something, even the Rancho Quicklifts claim 35's fit but dont know from experience.

As mentioned 2.5" is about the max with a spacer type level kit.

Believe me you will want to go taller... Some people don't. I thought I would be happy with my set up but I immediately got bored of my set up with 35"s. To each his own of course. If you want just 2.5" then do a level kit and and maybe leafs or a tiny bit bigger block.

I'm not going to lie to anybody I miss my other truck that had the 6 inch lift on it. I just don't feel right driving a short truck. Ha I'm going to look into the rancho for sure.

Personally I love the look of the 4" over the 6".
The 6" kits look too tall and skinny like they're going to tip over or something haha. Unless you get some spacers or some crazy offset wheels, which I'm not a fan of either.
To each their own

the difference between a 4" and 6" is not much, BDS makes a great 4/6" kit and Rancho is well liked and allows you to run factory wheels if wanted
