I think I was the last one to grab the Rancho in April... Rough country has a pretty solid kit... I hear great things about zone, procomp and always good things about BDS...

Oh I forgot the truck is a 2005. Thanks for all the information I have done some more research and I think I'm going to go with a bds or maybe a rough country because it's cheaper. Does anyone know if the rough country kit keeps the same OM angles like the bds kit does?

Excellent choice my friend. haha. Oh and dont get it online from BDS...Find a local shop that deals BDS kits and they will give you a MUCH better price than online. The same kit I bought, I priced online and was $600 dollars more than what I paid for the same kit at a local offroad shop. Just wanted to let you know in case you didnt know. You will love it!!

Om angles? you mean OEM or stock? Like I said before the RCX drop down brackets arent a full 6" like the BDS ones are...They are close to stock with RCX but not 100%. RCX is a good kit but you wont be able to go higher with it unless you do a body lift.

Also with the RCX, a lot of guys who have it say their backs sit lower than the front where my BDS actually sits 1" higher in the back.

Oh sorry, I meant to put stock OE geometry as it says on the bds website. Also could anyone tell me how much faster a lift will wear out parts like brakes, cv joints, etc. Thanks

U know what we would put rancho lifts with bilstein shocks on trucks and get good feed back for a occasional off roader and on road vehicle

Cv joints will tear more likely expecially if u r romping it more because of the angle of the shaft but breaks don't wear to much more than normal unless u r always slamming on ur breaks
